I can confirm that you can buy the eggs and gacha with Maple Points.
When you try to duplicate an item and it fails you lose the item and get power elixirs instead.

this man is correct, i duped a few items, majority failed and i kepts the items.

before the update you could only try once to dupe an item, now you can try infinately to dupe an item, took me like 6 tries to dup 10k maple points.

Well, you didnt have to test it with the maple coins. One could've tried it with some junk item to see the results, then proceed from there. It's not like everything remains when you fail to dupe except for the 1 mill maple points, though that would be quite the twist and make it all that much more exciting (especially if they announce it when people fail).

@People bitching that GMS > pservers in "brokenness": have you ever played a pserver? I can assure you from personal experience there are private servers out there that are so broken GMS is still normal when compared to them.
