I just kinda want confirmation that the one I think about getting now will get done what I want it to, which I'm pretty sure of. I'm upgrading my hd by 12.5 fold, processor by 2+fold, Ram by 12 fold and vid card by 8fold. So even if it does not run all the latest games 100% I'll still be happy with it, I'm sure.

I'm now thinkign about getting this one (since the aspire has a small case there's increasedoverheat risk):

Nvm I won't do that, that'll cost me like 900+ euros total if I need to get a screen as well. Is the graph card in that first comp really that bad?

4650 is quite bad.

Sight getting a decent vid card jsut means at least a 750 euro pc, then I still need a screen. >;< I'm fkd ain't I.

Possible, but the key to sticking to that budget is lots of research and window-shopping. Bundles are your friend, and don't be fooled with low prices with an asterisk for rebates.

You could buy a Phenom II quad for same/less than that Core 2 Quad and get same/better performance. (And if you're thinking about virtualization, the C2Q lacks support for EPT/RVI.) Like I said before, AMD's processors are usually better when your budget has less than $200 allocated to the CPU.

The rest looks just fine. Obviously, the 5770 is overpowered for Maple, but you never stated what other games you play. The guide on Tom's Hardware states for the 5770: "Great 1920x1200 performance in most games." So you can get by with a lesser card if you're going to play at a lower resolution.

I see, so an AMD Phenom II would be better than the Intel? Also I guess I could downgrade to a 5750 then, that should save some money and still be pro, right?

First of all, I don't think Newegg ships internationally. So you'll need to find equivalents at places where you can buy stuff.

Getting back to that guy's recommendations for you:
That hard drive is bad value because $15-25 more can double storage. The Samsung Spinpoint F3 and Hitachi 7k1000c can be bought at a pretty good price and give good performance for a mech. HDD.

Aftermarket CPU cooler is necessary only if you're overclocking; the retail HSF is fine if you won't. Or you can get a cooler if you're worried about a hot CPU. In that case, make sure to buy a thermal compound if it comes without one.

For RAM, just get the cheapest 4 or 6 or 8GB DDR2/DDR3 -- save the money for graphics, PSU, etc.

For case, (standard size is a Mid Tower) I recommend getting one with the front panel (audio, USB, eSATA) on top if you put your comp. on the floor. If you put it on a table/off the ground, front panel being around the middle/bottom is fine. Also, if it has no fans installed by default, you'll need to buy some (go for like $5-8 each). Usually, these have front/back fans already.

PSU: Personally, I'd go for one of OCZ's modular ones even though it has a lower overall rating on Newegg. They're sold as 500, 600, or 700 Watts -- even the 500W one should be enough for a HD5770.

Again, I haven't directly linked any sites because prices can fluctuate. So you can get good value by buying the cheapest parts (that no have red flags -- check reviews on Newegg and stay away from items with more than 20% rated @ 1-3). But use the CPU/GPU guides from Tom's Hardware to see how the CPUs/GPUs stack up.
