I don't mind having Latias Uber or OU but IMO it should be Uber by Smogon's vote. 60% Uber is a significant margin. The only reason they're revoting is because "Latias was OU for a year".

Either way, we should have Latias' tier decided before the sign up deadline so that people can work on their teams.
