Keep in mind we have a crappy exclusive expansion, which hopefully wasn't supposed to be a replacement for neo Tokyo.

Which ones? The pre-launch quests or the storyline quests? A full guide for all Evan storyline quests can be found in the Evan sub-forum at BasilMarket.

The pre-launch quests all require you to collect one of the 7 "dragon pieces" (as the GMSers know them) from monsters. They can all be found relatively easily, and do not drop from world tour monsters. I don't think they drop from "special" monsters such as Cynical Orange Mushrooms either. The first 6 quests all give 660 EXP upon completion. The final one, I believe, will grant the player a Cassandra's Gift Box that will contain ONE of the following (note: This is just a guess):

Gold Mask
Gold Pendant
Gold Wing
Gold Tail
Scroll for Staff for MA
Scroll for Wand for MA
(There may be more, but these were all that were listed.)
