DFO Southperry Guild -- Brainstorming!

Bumping this to remind people here to log on ASAP after the patch to get the guild name Team Rocket. People are more likely to ninja this name than Southperry, so super internet speed users, go!

I think we should take a vote first as to what the name should be.
I still think we should have Southperry. It's much more fitting.

Team Rocket's fine, but I think that the main representation for this forum should definitely be Southperry. If y0y0y0y0shi0, MasPan, FelixTM, Holypie, any of you, could grab Southperry when the game goes online, it'd be greatly appreciated. I won't be home until at least 9 p.m. PST, so I can't do anything about it.

How much does it cost to make a guild?

^ It only costs 150k (normally 300k, apparently) during the launch.

I dunno why you guys are trying to complicate things and/or split more people away from our Southperry guild. Can't we just keep it simple and band together?

There's I hear 50 spots in guild AFAIK so we may or may not be squeezed for room if we all include alts/other mains.

I'll be making SouthPerry as Felix mentioned. Holypie and Felix will be the first 2 "jrs" or w/e they'll be called, and will be in charge of ensuring everyone from Southperry that wants in is able to get in. From there I'll look at who to make 3rd tier (able to invite, but not kick) members.

If you want alts included, there should be some sort of limitations.

Ie. Bob has 2 mults (3 characters in all). He is a big contributor to Southperry/DFO, avidly plays all 3 characters, and helps out others frequently. Bob is probably going to get some room.
Bill has 3 mults, (4 in all). He is an average contributor, plays a little bit, but mostly only two characters, and is mostly an individualist. Bill MIGHT get 1 space for an extra mult, if space allows.

I'm not necessarily making these a precedent, simply stating that larger, more important people should be open to the mult spots AFTER everyone has joined, whereas those who are deemed least important (someone such as myself...) shouldn't (are forced to wait until after those who are more important have utilized the space they need).

I kind of am, though. I'm a 3x Summoner that knows little nothing about the game other than the fact that you get quests, run through dungeons, disassemble items, and upgrade skills.
I'm a noob.

Until further notice, the guild cannot be constructed under the name Southperry due to a mistake on my end resulting in the guild being disbanded to correct it. The name is considered "in use" at this time by the game, and should be available again in a few days if not sooner.

After this whole SP incident, TeamRocket is looking mighty appealing. If we have to keep waiting to get SP back, I really don't think it's worth it. We could be leveling up our guild.
