Have you ever tried making your Breloom a Mach Punch-Swords Dance-Seed Bomb-Spore variant? You'll be able to get +6 attack easily.

Seems kind of unnecessary with Focus Punch hitting almost as hard as a +6 Mach Punch, and Breloom having an incredibly easy time getting a Substitute up. Also, remember this is Battle Tower, not competitive. I don't want to risk a Pokemon waking up on the turn after I put it to sleep and hitting me with a surprise Aerial Ace.

I have Seed Bomb on the SubPunch set. How does Mach Punch help me with ghosts? There's unlikely to be 2 Ghosts on the same team, and spending 3 turns Swords Dancing and risking damage isn't worth it when I can just spam Seed Bomb. It's not like any ghosts have access to healing.

I mean like, you get a +6 Seed Bomb with +6 speed which should be able to 1HKO ghosts, instead of risking dieing from using just 2 unboosted Seed Bombs.

I dunno, I've never really played the actual game before competitively.
