Compensation for February 26-27 Login Problem

Also didn't get compensated. But my friend who was on the entire day did.

I didn't get any compensation either, even though I have a ticket about this issue still open.

I wonder if my accounts are still locked? They got back to me on the IP ban but now they need the email which I don't have... *sigh* Well they didn't compensate my affected account that I can access. Oh well, typical nexon.

No i wont complain. Its the same as students who are on the honor role and they are able to get special things for what they did. If i'm a failing student and see students that are passing get a pizza party should i complain?!

Nexon isn't obligated to give you 10k Maple Points. Complain all you want, it's not going to accomplish anything. F3.

No, it isn't. This is a matter of people who did/did not have this problem getting maple points when they should/shouldn't have.

Its the same as in the complaining factor. I will complain about everything even thou i really don't deserve/need it. No one was expecting nexon to give maple points just for this login problem. Anyone can lie and say i couldnt login during this problem reason why only a few got it. I can easily lie and say that i had login problems.

No one deserve this 10kmp just for a login problem. Its the same way when nexon give those who glitched htp maple points. They didn't deserve those maple points for abusing something game breaking. They choose to abuse the glitch and you know what they complained and got their money back.

You guys are expecting compensation for every single thing. "O no maple laged me out!!!! I WANT COMPENSATION!"

They don't have to, but every MMO company out there should know how to address situations, and know how to reward and/or compensate players if the game's company is at fault. For example, look at Blizzard. I don't play World of Warcraft, but I have plenty of friends who does, and Blizzard does a great job at keeping their customer service in-tact and great.

If this is the case nexon is at fault every single time something happens then. When i lose my x2 for server checks/patches i should get new x2, if i lag out during a gm event nexon is at fault seeing that they caused it. What i'm trying to say for small problems like not being able to login they shouldnt bother.

Yea blizzard has great customer service but they water down the content. Everyone is happy about that right? My friend told me about how WoW was harder before now his outdated character can easily dominate now and he hates it.

Getting blocked out for 30 hours and putting up with it was an accomplishment in my point of view. I dare not say I deserve sh'it but come on, no one demands any compensation in the first place, if Nexon wanted to do something they'd better get it right. Otherwise, stick their heads deeper in their asses and move on, I don't give a sh'it about compensations, and last time I checked, nobody expected this crap either.

Wow, am i dreaming or somethin, or is Nexon actually giving people 10k MPs for this? Not only does it seem like im dreaming, but it seems im heavily dreaming, because 10k is alot of MPs for an issue that lasted 1 day.

A 2x event was exactly what I was expecting too xD This is much better though assuming that the 10k maplepoint giveaways are going to the correct people.

Though this situation is silly. How can they even track who couldn't connect? It was a nice thing to do but they clearly didn't think it through.

It's nice that they decided to give a great compensation, but at least do it right for godsakes.

Hey, I just got hacked, but please find a post where I blatantly state that it's unsafe to log on. I'm mad because I STILL have the login problem. This compensation doesn't even apply to me because it is CLEARLY for the people who couldn't get in on Feb 27-28. As for me, I started getting this problem March 4th.

I clearly don't give a rat's ass whether or not I get 10k MP, because it really isn't worth much, but if they are going to give it to the people who had the problem 2 weeks ago for ONLY 2 DAYS, would it not be fair to also compensate the people this week (especially since some people like me have had the problem for about 6 days now)? Please don't generalize.

I especially hate how YOU never seem to have ANY problems on MS. Well whoop-dee-effing-doo. GRATZ. Not everyone gets to enjoy this OH SO CRAPPY ASS GAME the same way you do.

While they are busy tossing out event after event.....there are still a huge amount of players IP Blocked from Feb 24th!! Wth is with compensation to people who had login issues for a day?? I'm working on 13 days of IP Block, at least 20+ IP Block forms filled out, 8 emails to Nexon, repeated IP Blocks via America Online only to turn around 10 mins later and be unblocked via America Online....rinse and repeat the America Online issue.....:f6: While some people have paid(55.00+) to have their IP changed via their providers, I'm personally not willing nor do I feel I should have to go to this extreme.

Seriously Nexon needs to pull their heads out of their ***** and fix the major issues!! Then worry about compensations to players if they feel the need, but tossing all this crap out there without addressing major glitches and problems seriously?????
