Licensing fees aren't that expensive afaik and in comparison with the legal fees they'd have to put out in the event Universal did take issue with it, it's just not a risk worth taking. edit: not to mention that they specifically said "transforming" in the ad for it.

Isn't it equally fair no matter how common it is? Every gach ticket is equally likely to get it.

they definitely upped it, i've seen 3 chair notices so far, 2 were from the same person.
