Quit back in October, maple is horribly broken now.

I stopped playing right around November. I'm still in the process of MTSing all of my equipment, and I don't ever see myself coming back. I don't see things changing for the better, and if they ever do, it'll probably be too late.

Basically stopped except for the occasional boss run. Guild's dead, friends have basically stopped playing, content is sorely lacking, training is boring, no point in upgrading...yeah.

I stopped playing daily cause i had midterms. Plus the fact that I'm pledging a fraternity, my maple life is pretty non-existant atm. I log on when i feel like it just to see how active the guild is since we kicked a bunch of people to protect them from potential guild hack...

Game doesn't require any real skill either. I only log on to MTS my mountain of mesos for DFO.

Still play daily. I like the game and the people I've met within it, the game host not so much but I still have in-game goals I'd like to reach before I'd be comfortable with quitting entirely.

Quit in September. Came back for a week in January. Haven't logged on since. At the rate the game is deteriorating I can't see myself coming back without some serious changes being made.

Occasional boss runs and some card hunting when I feel really bored. I still haven't done most of the stuff this recent patch, and it might be a while before I do... It's hard to get on MS when DFO is so much more fun. It's basically everything MS isn't and more. Massively addictive and vastly more fulfilling. This is about the same as me, only I play Dragonica instead of DFO.

Whoops, missed the other part of the question. I've never found an MMO I liked as much as Maple (free or otherwise) so in its absence I'm just not playing online games. Before Maple I mostly spent my time on the computer with 3d art and so I'm getting back into that now.
I guess i play everyday just not at peak hours or during the day. 12am-4am my playing time, busy with school/work during the day.
I still have a lot to do get my hero to 170 within a month for that chair, get my mage to 200,still have a lot of classes i want to make and items unfinished.

Didn't realize so many regulars quit. Makes me feel so lonely.
Hell, if ya'll want to stop playing I'd be happy to play for you.

Saw a downfall this big coming from a mile away. I haven't played for months. I don't know how anyone can keep doing it.

I just recently started Maple back up, ironically. Made an Aran, bought 60k NX, and have been GRINDAN pomegranate UP. Been about a week and a half and I'm level 109 now. Still going as strong as ever. Dunno why, but the Aran single-handedly revived the game for me. I just need to find some active friends and get the guild up and running again...too damn quiet up in this peach.

Aran grinding made me play again for a while too but after getting it to 16x? (dont even remember) things just got pretty boring. After that i just logged on for boss runs and so i dont get hacked or something, but now i dont even feel like boss running so im just online doing pretty much nothing because it feels like a waste of time, nexon could have kept me playing with neo tokyo for a lil bit longer at least f3 and after the recent events i kind of dont care if i get hacked anymore, still logging on sometimes and then afk. Not sure how to answer the poll considering im on a lot but playing it? i'd say 20min at best with whispers and some stalking.

I quit too. I had moved on to playing Mabinogi, but with the recent events, I stopped playing Mabi as well because I can't justify spending money on a company as shitty as Nexon. I tried Perfect World but was unimpressed with it. I'm currently looking for a new game to try. I may try several before I find one that suits me.

Quit for world of warcraft about 6 months ago during a mass hacking that happened back then. Before I got myself hacked as well, i decided to try out WoW for a bit.
never looked back lol and don't plan to ever go back. Blizzard is just such a huge piece of awesomeness.

Quit cold turkey for a lil over 6 months cuz I was busy with life getting in the way. Just came back cause I'm addicted to basil merching and really enjoy the Aran class, however it KILLS my hands and forearms so game play is focused around the FM ATM.
My last "big" goal is a lvl 200 FP so I have a complete set of mages but I just don't have the time to play more than a couple hrs on weekends so I'm having a hard time being motivated to sit n grind. I'm one of those ppl who prefers to play in large chunks of time nonstop til I burn out. I'm hoping to have a week free soon so I can just grind that Mage up to 140-150. |
