There's a lot of good points being brought up against this idea.

The first comparison that came to my mind is Hitler. This idea doesn't directly kill the people, but it certainly could be condemning them to die sooner, rather than later. That's not really fair, is it? It's discrimination of an incredibly high level.

Genetically "perfect" people can be completely useless jackasses, and genetically "impure" people can contribute much to society. If you go by pure scientifics, you might get away with the idea. But there's a moral aspect too. It's not right to condemn people because they've had the misfortune to be born a certain way or to contract a specific disease.

1. Inbreeding leads to genetic diseases. I.e. Wikipedia Amish people and then search for: genetic disorders. Isolating a 1% population that has supposedly "perfect" genes will lead to inbreeding. Especially if you continue to route off "imperfections" to Africa.

2. There is no such thing as perfect genomes. Genomes are holistic compositions of individual genes. African Americans have a gene for tubular shaped hair making them 90% less likely to have lice grown in their hair compared to caucasians and other races. But they also are 90% more likely to have genes for sickle-cell anemia. A trait in which red blood cells are shaped like sickles and restrict blow flow in the human body.

3. This thread is retarded because there is a reason why 90% of all organisms within a species mate and produce heterzygous offspring instead of homozygotes. It's because it works. I have a thousand more examples I could pull out of my ass. But I don't think anyone is interested in actually learning anything regardless of how "cool" I make it. So I'll just leave it at this.

Yeah, this kinda covers it. You can't "get rid" of this stuff. There will always be some illness that will pop up, and there will always be genetic defects. It's impossible, the idea wouldn't work out at all.

Another problem with your idea would be that the "errors" could just as well create their own society and not just "die off" since they would be lots of people. You would have a world divided in two parts that hate each other and both with equal conditions.
