On a serious note, I can say that Yu Yu Hakusho, Kenshin, and Cowboy Beebop may have had some of the best fights that I can remember.

Yeah, YYH had some of the best fights too, imo. I wanted to put "Yusuke vs Sensui round 2" in here, but I figured it wasn't a fight. It was more like complete rape. It looked so painful, my plantain hurts just from watching Yusuke beating the crap out of Sensui. But... here it is anyways!!!!!

Most of them aren't even on Youtube. It's not surprising, because it was licesed by Funi, anhd they love pulling stuff off Youtube. I was looking for a Vino fight, but I can't find it on youtube. Best I can find is just a video of Firo throwing a few punches.

I loved Naruto vs. Haku was great poor Haku </3 Naruto vs Gaara, Naruto vs Sasuke was good though so many flashbacks D: Majin Vegeta vs. Goku was greaaatttt +_+ I love Dbz <333 hmm what else Kenshin vs Soujiro, Kenshin vs Shishio was greattt +_+ Ohhh what elsee Gotenks vs Buu, Goku vs Kid buu.  Ok I'll stop listing DBZ fights D: GOTEN VS TRUNKS! HELL YES!

Hm, I see someone brought up One Piece. Yeah, Bellamy and Crocodile fights are some of my favorites. Not sure about any of the other One Piece fans here, but the Arlong Park arc was really nice, particularly Luffy's fight with Arlong and Usopp against Choo. A few others I was particularly fond of were Luffy vs. Lucci, Luffy vs. Foxy (Does the man make the afro or the afro make the man? A question that not even modern science can solve.), Zoro vs. Kaku, Sanji vs. Jyabura, and Zoro and Sanji against those two guys during the Davy Back Fight.
Oh, and I forgot about THIS fight from the F-Zero anime:

You do know funi has full baccano episodes on their youtube right? Use youtube downloader for firefox and edit as you please. They only up to ep 16 http://www.youtube.com/show/baccano

Baccano actually only has 13 episodes. The last 3 are actually from an OVA. So yep, that's all of them, in other words. Spidey, not sure if that's the one you have in mind, but how about the fight of Vino against Ladd on top of the Flying Pussyfoot? That one was pretty nice. A few nice fight scenes from Baccano that come into mind but I'm too lazy to dig up a video are Ladd against Chane, and Jacuzzi on top of the train around episode 13 (I think).
