I'm pretty sure Hunter's Luck is the event where you get a couple 30-minute 2x cards (use items) and there was something earlier about the Bingo Bingo event, and the prize is a box that you can get 65% scrolls from.

Untrue. One player that speaks the language is all it takes to get a whole guild into something. I was the only one that talked to my JP friends and I have connections to get into Horntail and shi't. Any guild member can already join if they just ask me and I ask the JP players that host it.
