China is socialist. It makes decision based on democracy from representitives from each nation. China have 56 Nation, where 1 nation have 91% of the population, if China were democratic, then the other 55 Nation would be fuucked.

Cuz China is totally corruption free. No such thing as bias and lobbist in the "representatives".

Currently 2/56 nation have some problem or "corruption" you call it, that's much less than the number of states in the US that have gay rights issues.
