I find people who refuse to train in anything less than perfect conditions rarely hit level 200.
Every non-magician, for example.

How about people that don't use NX and thus don't have 2x cards?
Or the people that use their time to advance their other goals such as FMing?
I find that to be a derogatory statement otherwise.

My goal isn't to hit level 200, anyway. Training isn't fun, and it's less fun in "less than perfect conditions." I don't have the mesos to waste on potions for anything than less than perfect conditions.
Right now my goal would be to hit level 163 but with less than perfect conditions imposed by Nexon's lack of foresight, I won't be reaching it any time soon.

There is nothing derogatory in stating that people who make excuses not to move rarely reach the finish the line. That is simple truth.
If it's not their goal to reach the finish line, as Sarah said, then them not being likely to hit it shouldn't offend them any.

Sometimes the truth hurts. Be careful about that.
The finish line is where you want it to be.

MOM... DAD... STOP THE FIGHTING!!! (eos you're the mom sorry)
My reasoning is sound as far as I'm concerned. I've only got so many mesos and I would prefer to spend them in the most prudent way possible. Using expensive potions to nuke turkies isn't a very good use of my money. But I wouldn't be put in the position to choose if Nexon had thought about what they were doing before doing it.

Every non-magician, for example. I find people who agree to train on 1%/hour (on 2x! zomg) lifeless and addicted.
Every level 200, for example.

Lifeless and addicted could be applied to any Mapler, and most gamers in general. Did you think you were making a point?

I train at 3.8%/hr, but my goal isn't to level in a span of a day or two. My goal is to gain exp more than it is to level. If you look at it that way, it doesn't matter how slow the levelling is.

On the bright side, this patch is really friendly to creating a new character (which is what I'm doing).

Ignorant. It's called reaching a goal.

They had to sacrifice something to get the EST times right. Do you have any idea how much research they had to go through just to perfectly master the art of telling time on the other side of the coast? Well, they spent so much time researching that, how could they possibly have enough time to look up GMT as well?
Nexon really works hard for us, cut them some slack sometimes.
