The tag is "epicItem". Wasn't this used for the Balrog equips?

If it is indeed a PQ, probably the equivalent of the CPQ2 medal with better stats.

Am I missing something here, or do these new scrolls function exactly like dark scrolls? These are for the helmet, right? Interesting way to try to deal with possible helm dark scroll inflation...
