There's a seperate limit on those - can't have 4 Is or ls (added together) in a name.

If you try to whisper someone, for example, lylybell, who has 4 depending on capitalization - the system will say the person doesn't exist. You have to type in Lylybell. (isn't MS well coded)

I didnt know this, did they do something about the V and W thing that caused similar problems?

Thing is, in Arial size 9 or w/e, I and l are actually pixel for pixel identical, w and vv are not. So no.

Ah, then i'd still expect to see people harassing others with names like

vwwvwvvwvwvwwvwvvw and such, which is still near impossible to differentiate in game.
