I never said i wanted the 10% version, i'm raging because they actually got knuckle scrolls in the first place. SEA is actually cool enough to add pirates into the circle of broken weapons, whereas GMS just spits on us and leaves us to rot.

It would be quite entertaining if they were only tradable with karma scissors.

I gotta say, MSEA one-upped GMS on this. Absolutely hilarious.

Why would you say that? I think GMS planned to release these miracle scrolls all along, but only after they got thousands of dollars from people gaching for the 60% versions. It's genius. Get thousands of dollars from people gaching the 60% GM scrolls, then immediately make those scrolls worthless and get people to spend thousands more gaching for the 10% GM scrolls.

So why does GMS get 100% scrolls with 60% attributes, but MSEA gets 100% scrolls with 10% attributes?

It was meant to be use with a newly release lvl 90 umbrella.
This umbrella stat:
2h sword
Requirement : All stat +8
MA 105
WA 90
ACC 10
FAST
UG 7

Because MSEA likes to outdo GMS, and vice versa.
