We do. Blast is just as fast as Brandish, does 1 hit, more damage, and has the exact same range. Paladins can boss very well.

I just don't get how we're interpreting "Special Items" into "One-Of-A-Kind." Nexon could very well see a MoN as a "Special Item" and a HT pendant as well.

Or it could just be Nexon botching, yet again, another translation. *Shrugs*

why dont people complain about those who leeched/played 24/7 and got 12-15 levels higher and HP washed 300 more HP.

I don't see as big of a problem with this as I would see breaking the ToS and glitching HTPs...
