He'll get caught on his own, there's no real need to do any reporting. Sprite hacking is extremely obvious, and I never see anybody doing it beyond 2x. That, or all the sprite hackers are just where I'm not.

I saw a level 52 wind archer afking at MP3 using the sprite thingy, 24 hours later i came back and he was still there, hacking and afk. level 52.
