The official How are you doing with your cygnus thread

Level 47 now. =]
Hoping to get to 50 today.

I have one of each ranging from lv 15-24...duno which one I can be bothere to keep playing. lol

Just hit level 64. Going for 70 tomorrow and 120 by thursday.

Day 1
Rough start, because of all the people in channel 16. What's up with that? Who goes on 16 anyways?

It appeared like I was one of the first 1st jobbers in channel 16, I was pretty happy about that.

Quests got me to 18, awesome. I moved a couple equipment over and headed to Ariant via Manji.

Experience rate was pretty good. Turning in both Slightly Polluted Rocks and Master M's Directional Scrolls really helped, as well as the Minidungeon speed buff.

As soon as I reached 30, I immediately went to advance, doing surprisingly high damage. The pink tube and blessing really helped.

I was able to solo over 500 points on Carnival PQ at level 30! Gosh, I never saw that coming. I didn't even see any misses. <3 Somersault Kick

Day 2
Carnival PQing... Over... and over... and over...

You know, for 100% win Carnival PQing, it sure gets boring. I managed to get a nice 18xx point solo with Rombots, which was nice.

60% per PQ, with a mule leeching, anyone? Even at level 4x, that was pro.

Got the ugly birdy, ugh, I regret that 10m...

Reached 52 at the end of the day, not bad.

Day 3
Ugh, training normally fails.

Mysterious Path 3? Slow
Truckers? Slower
Gryphons? Slower

Well, that lasted less time than I expected; I ran some accuracy calculations, and it seemed I could hit Windraiders 97% of the time with a Zakum Helmet.

I MTSed and in less than an hour, I got a Karma Scissor. So it begins, Windraiders at 56.

300% an hour, wow, the first time I 4x on my Cygnus, and my god, it was win.

Ended the day at 71, pretty satisfied with that. The advancement was really easy o.O

Day 4
Nothing really happened, just trained... for a long time...

I think the only thing keeping my sanity is Ventrilo *hugs headset* Another day spent on Maple *sigh*

Ended the day at 83, man I'm slow.

I got to level 36 on my Down Warrior.

Unrelated: What's with half of non-discussion threads being "Official?" What's so official about this?

It makes threads seem more important than they really are.

Day 1:

Made my character, freaked out because there were so many people, and just worked my way up to lvl17 doing the quests and such. Made some new friends too.

Day 2:

Did more quests, realised I now had to grind and got to lvl25. Not much happened, although I got a Mithril and Orihalcon Plate from Gaga and his boxes.

Day 3:

Got to lvl29, forgot that there now were Evil Eyes outside of their own caves(with good spawn of course) for the second time in 3 months, shouted aaaaargh trough my buddylist and also finished the first part of the Ariant quests (Strange Guy and Jiyur)

Day 4:

Killed Francis, leveled to 30, did the Sand Bandit quests, enjoyed my awesome tube damage, went OMG at my 1.5k hp at lvl30 due to blood build, spammed Storm Break, got a Diamond from Gaga, did some CPQ, leveled to 33, went to help a friend and then I had to go already...

One more level until Soul Arrow =D

I got to level 44 and 53.5% > w<
My goal for the day was 40-45, but yay!
I did my first LPQ and I CPQ'd with buddies <3
And I did almost all the annoying Omega Sector quests for around my level.

Night Walkers are fun!

Day 1: Quests and grind grind grind. Grind came to an abrupt stop though when the power went out. 1 > 35

Day 2: More grinding, still haven't used a 2x card. 35 > 56

Day 3: Server 2x day along with two 2x cards! Too bad the KSing was so bad I couldn't level efficiently. 56 > 65.

Day 4: Had fun with maker. Didn't really train that much. Another 2x card was bought. 65 > 70.

Am I missing something here?

How the hell do you grind 35-56 in a day of 1x

I'm a bit bored of my TB. I don't know what it is, but I'm just doing too much damage to have any fun training at normal spots, but not enough acc to go to WR or something. Honestly, I just want to hurry and hit 120. I wish I made an archer or a BW.

44 between 2 days of playing. Can't grind until Thursday because of work. Also pre-occupied with potentially grinding my DrK once I get lv 5 Blessing to level my overall and maker some shoesUH!

I had to switch to a 3 Atk 10 Dex cape and accuracy potions for a bit, but it was worth it. I had I believe 170 or 169 or something like that accuracy.

Well. I'm level 58 on my Striker. Hoping to buy a zhelm today after my good luck wit appraising diamonds/crystals/sapphires. Should have a good chunk to get one.

Also I'm hoping to get to at least 62ish later tonight. Perhaps 3rd job late tomorrow, or possibly on Tuesday I will.

I'm 30 on my Wind Archer now, gotta take a break from Mapling now for the sake of finishing with driving lessons.

EDIT: Holy pomegranate, I didn't realize I typed up that much, geez. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a tl;dr response to this one

Day 1: I make my character, planning on making him an archer, see the mass of people, and a sudden realization that I didn't actually research anything KoC involved whatsoever.

The newbie quests were cleared, surprised at people's unwillingness to just go in one of the side rooms, which tended to be empty for some reason. Hit level 10. Acouple friends make KoC characters too. I plan to junior them

I got to level 15 at Henesys Pig Farm before even realizing there were quests to be done! I immediately stop and do the quests, because I want to fight Francis. I spend the rest of the day on this, and hit level 30, jobchange, and stop for the day

Day 2: Day begins with me helping my buddies out. 30 minute x2 party exp is used on the lot of us. We get to work.

I decide to quest in Ariant/Magatia, kill various things, hit level 35. Attempt two games of CPQ. Sudden realization that without friends it is pointless/futile. Tried the Stone Golem minidungeon underneath sleepywood. Surprisingly good! I get to level 43, head to Singapore, and log off there.

Day 3: One of my juniors informs me he will be gone until monday. The other, that his connection is getting rather laggy and grinding is unbearable for the moment. I get the OK to use x2 party exp on myself, but that seems like such a waste, y'know?

Under an idea that I'd be able to kill Slimies on the ghost ship, I head there, and run into LoZMaster's dawn warrior along the way. We exchange greeting, and I offer him x2 party exp since I'm about to use it anyway. He is overjoyed! We add eachother as buddies and he juniors me, a decision he has yet to regret.

Grinded on Slimies for a bit, took a nap til x2. Got to kill Slimies at x4 exp for 15 minutes until a level 85 (?!) Hermit came in and KS'd me out. I double-checked there later... he was really training there himself and not kicking me out for someone else. Depressing.
I get to level 49 off of Jr. Selkies instead. I get the crazy idea to fight Wind Raiders later on. It works! Huzzah. I grind until level 53

Day 4: I fight Wind Raiders all the way to level 60. I convince LoZMaster to try it as well, despite his claims his dawn warrior would not be able to hit them. Amoria Baskets were received. Turns out he can. Happiness~. After hitting 60 I decide to log off and take a break to play other games for awhile. I find out I am the 8th strongest Wind Archer in Bera. I am frightened. I figure it won't last for long, however.

Will likely be killing Wind Raiders all the way to 70 after my break from the game...

70-76 today, gonna finish off last 30% later.

Shark wave the whole map of Mr. Anchor was cool, tho the hp/exp ratio just can't be beat >.<

Building up shark wave and gonna have fun when it hits 6mobs xD
