They come from "opening" the Artifacts with the scroll from the CS.

It's random.

I actually figured they'd work this way from the patch notes, but I had no idea the Artifacts would actually give out good stuff as well. :f6: Weird.

Do all monsters drop the ETCs needed, or only certain areas of monsters have the items?

You don't get them that way, you have to get them by turning in those special items which randomly come from using that scroll in the Cash Shop.

So you could end up spending 150k NX just for the ring. You'll be able to get the chair though.

I thought the rings would be relatively easy to get...I guess I am gonna have to spend a lot more than i thought...

I thought I saw one person show the horn when hunting at Red Snails.

No. You get artifacts (a pot) from monsters which you have to use the Cash Shop scroll on to have a chance of getting one of those artifacts that get you the ring.

Anything worth mentioning that I got out of 15 artifacts would be a glove attack 60%, Chaos 60% and the Bone etc. I should get a shop. =/ Other than that some crappy scrolls.
