I neaten my sheets and top sheets, but I dont take all the steps to "make" it, I just like to crash on top of it over the covers sometimes and I like them to be neat when I do, other than doing that I could care less about it.

I make my bed. It's a force of habit. Sad

whatev, brah. Maybe I should just take the covers off of the bed altogether so I'll never have to make it again. She's on top of me far more than the bedsheets are, anyway.

For about 8 months between boot camp and A/C schools, my bade was made sharply and perfectly every morning. As soon as I got here, that stopped. I use a mattress and a comforter, nothing else (it's too hot generally for sheets or anything anyway) - it saves me time making my bed, it's comfortable enough for me, and I'm happy with it. Only time I make it is if I plan on company.

I like making my bed so when i go to sleep that night all the layers of the blankets are there and I don't have to re-arrange them lol. But it's a really half-assed job. I kinda just throw the blankets back...takes like 5 seconds.

I make my bed at home (because I have to) but I didn't at college.

I make my bed. I don't take extreme care, and I wouldn't spend more than 20 seconds on it. It really doesn't take that long.

I make mine. It only takes like 15secs. Just have to pull the comforter on the bed itself, and done.

I don't. I'm usually too tired to bother when I wake up and I have a loft bed so no one looks anyway.

It's such a waste of time. I never bother.

Wow you guys are all pathetic. I've made my bed since I was like 6 years old. Without fail. Every day. It's often the very first thing I do when I wake up. I absolutely can not stand unmade beds.

I even make my dorm bed. Yes, I'm serious.

No. Only when my mom forces me to, then yes.

...shut up. Just because I straighten things (especially this dang rug we have, wow) whenever I see them crooked doesn't mean a thing. Nor does making sure there's no garbage or empty glasses or anything lying around the house.

FFFFF

It just bothers me, okay.

There's no reason to if I'll just mess it up the next night.

LOL, this reminds me of Khoi's and my "discussions". -coughs-3D&4D-coughs-

It's a question of the context. If people are going to visit your house, it's be nice to give a good impression by keeping a room clean, thus by at least making the bed. Other than that I don't see anything wrong with not making the bed. But I do my bed depending on my mood. Doesn't any of you get those "I think it's time to clean up my room?" mode? o_o That happens to me from time to time.

Mark, you're a guy. It's normal you don't care about your bed. f3

Manda, you're a girl. It's normal for you to want to change Mark's prehistorical habits. ^^
