Which I was also trying to compare the idea of getting PAC or PuACs, isnt it all for that single digit weapon attack/magic attack improvement? Then if you are willing to pay for that, what make you stop for spending huge meso to improve your equipment through maker system?
1 attack for a DrK of my level increases damage by about 45-50 on your range. Upgrading a cape, assuming you have about as good a weapon as you can get/glove, is very reasonable. Especially when you can find Chaos scrolls (everyone except for me, that is) pretty easily by hunting Drum Bunnies/Cold Eyes, it isn't that expensive to do. If you already have an endgame weapon that would cost several hundred mil or more to upgrade...
