lolwut? That was never the problem with the quest. Faust spawns. It's the NPC that doesn't.

A while back when the first iTCG was released a pair of earrings was put into the data, the Snail Earrings, and since no one ever got these earrings from the iTCG sets most people think they are a reward for finishing Bob's quest.

After waiting so much time to finish that quest, they better reward us with 7 GM scrolls for weapons of our job.

actually im pretty sure you only get about 8k exp as a reward.

Wait, so are you blaming us for misunderstanding the quests? I'm pretty sure you guys are at fault here. Don't try to dump this on your players. You know that you guys are wrong and the players are right.

They're reasonable answers, but we don't know the question. For all we know, someone was informing them that they had been putting the fake erasers in the Gachapon Boxes instead of the real ones, and they took it as a quest glitch. Seems possible, given the responses for Inverse Attributes and Cupid's Courier.
