Maple Effect

Saw someone using Lv0 Maple Earrings? Not sure on this, either it was 0 or 20, I forgot. <_<;;; But yeeeeah, they had the effect with the lv 90 helm + Karstan + low-levelled Maple earring

I've been wearring the lvl 90 hat, lvl 70 cape, Maple Wisdom Staff, and lvl 40 earrings with no effect D:

In MSEA all you need was the lvl 70 Maple Hat, maxed Earrings, and any lvl 64 Mapleweapon. Not sure it works the same for GMS.

Doesn't seem to work that way in GMS. I had the Lv70 helm, Lv70 earrings, Lv64 weapon, and Lv0 cape, but no effect. Then upgraded my cape to Lv20, still nothing.
I upgraded the cape to Lv70, then got the effect.

I think you need Lv70 cape, earrings, and helm, with Lv64 weapon for the effect. Maybe.
