Not really. The Japanese don't the letter Z in their language. Vynn is completely different from "been."

They used L to replace R, B to replace V.
They are doing something about spelling out V though.


It really depend on what the Korean originally intended to spell it. Since they don't have F or V, using P ot B to replace the sounds... Maybe Nexon got the info from Nexon Korea to spell it Vynn?

I am talking about old times. The examples of V, Fa and Jie are modern improvements of Katakana. People are still having difficulties pronouncing those sounds in real life, it exists in written language on magazines and papers. Honest truth, Japanese people find it VERY difficult to pronounce the R sound, like how Koreans can't say F or V sound (They would still call Laura "Ro-la").I have studied Korean with Japanese people, and they can't say the Korean particle rur(sounds more like rul), they have the tend to say ruru instead. ヴァレンタインの日<- Ask a real Japanese person to say it. They will sure say "Balentainsu dei".
