Ask a Warrior Thread.
MoN, definitely. Unless you're hurting badly for acc.

52 stat HTPs aren't available anymore IIRC.

You can't make them, but there are still a few out there. Tongue1

The MoN would probably be a little better damage-wise, but the 52 HTP (assuming you can find one) would help immensly with being dexless.

Unless you are in crazy need for accuracy, a MoN will be better

Or a unhealthy obsession with the Def stats. Tongue1

Or INT.

ive a question regarding my dk's equipment.

since ive got 45 base dex, and i doubt ill ever run into issues with accuracy, would it be a bad idea to scroll my pants with jump? my reasoning is that ive already got the speed shoes, and the str top, and i can always scroll my helm for dex to cover any bases with lacking dex/acc, as well as any other accessory equips. is that a bad idea, or good?

Depends on your budget. Normally warrios who scroll their bottoms for jump know their accuracy is taken care of for the rest of their career. I don't know what level you are and what you plan to train at but remember the more accuracy you have the less time you have to spend at himes.

Well ya I will be using it for INT, since with my HTP I should be able to wash a full 5 times per level. But with that I am considering if DrK would be a good choice or should I go like a dexless hero stonetooth user.

With maker and all the new stuff we've been getting lately, especially if we get that 30 day pend expansion, warriors will not need a single point on dex. As a DrK even less so, since beholder gives you a nice acc boost. This is of course for higher lvled 4th job warriors.

I am currently lvl 137. I am a Paladin.

I have so far done my build 1 Rush, 1 HH, Max ACB, Max Holy. The old Paladin build set for skeles.
But now with this level, I have lvl 20 Blast. I cannot find Blast a single Blast 30 in Bellocan.

Would it be wise to add my points into HH in order to still increase my exp rate at skeles?

I need to try and lvl as much as I can. My friend says its dumb to add points into HH instead of PS. I can already kill BF with lvl 20 Blast in 23 minutes unbuffed, and I can stand close to BF to activate his stomp and get off 3 attacks before having to move in again. Having PS would only let me reduce my time by about 2-5 minutes, and it wouldn't activate very often until at least level 10.

Wasnt aware that you still had one, Greg. Anyways, the MoN is still better than the HTP for everything except when appled/high attacked buff.

I suggest just using a MoN for awhile unless you're obcessed with damage at bosses.

Ah thanks. So when bossing/leveling wear HTP and training = MoN

Not to mention recasting it constantly is a hassle. I still have PS20 at level 162 and it works fine for me. PS is not a major issue for a non-bossing build. I'd personally recommend HH if you are to be training at Oblivion 4, which is the best solo exp you'll get. HH will also help you more at skeles than stance will, more or less.

Precisely. Though it may not make much of a difference until your later levels.

Lol, I actually found a Blast 30 and traded it for a cape str 60%. It worked, but I had already placed 2 points into HH, making it lvl 3. I'm thinking I'll be doing a combo of HH and Blast until Blast is maxed and then just HH all the way.

I'd recommend 2HH 1blast, since blast is already fairly high and will likely see less benefit per point now. Unless of course it makes a difference in hits to kill.

It does. I 3h skeles atm, and I 2h skeles every 15 or so times. Even moreso with an attack pot. Having max Blast will almost guarentee me 95% 2h killing. Goggleemoticon

In that case, reverse them, and do 2/1

Raising up Heaven's Hammer isn't very useful until you get to lvl 25+ or so, then the CD gets a bit crazy. I suggest you go all in one or the other. (having lvl 1 HH would be fine for some specific situations)
