I'm especially thankful to Nexon, in their stupidity, for never releasing cash scrolls on a weekly sale. I was willing to throw down $100-200 to finish this since I've had it for so f'ucking long, and I ended up spending $0 through farming black friday coins on all the characters.

They will, but you have plenty of time to procure a second crossbow for the next Mapleversary.

Got this for 145mil + A few items (items worth total around 100mil)
Pretty good deal considering the cheapest i saw with this in the fm was 400mil

Yes it is finished at only +7 because its just empress. i dont really find empress worthy of getting +10.
btw, when i transfer over to level 160, do i get to keep this +7, or will it be a new clean weapon?

I think it transfers over everything including all enhancements (-1 because then you can enhance more!) But we'll have to wait and find out before we really know.
