Logged a ticket about a wrongful 30-day "Bigfoot Glitch" ban that I received in '08. I had appealed it at the time and was denied (on absolutely no basis, "proprietary evidence" was the bullpomegranate excuse). Argued with them over a few tickets in '09, never got anywhere. Thought it might be worth a try resubmitting it. This was the response I received:

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I am sorry to say that I am not able to provide compensation for an issue that may have occurred 4 years ago. However, I assure you that we will do our best to prevent similar issues from occurring again.

I don't think I'm going to waste my time filing more tickets. But yeah. Oh, and they responded in like 4 days, which is quite neat.

One month later - ticket is still "open"

Ticket for my Bishop has been open for 10 days.

I wonder if they forgot about it, didn't get to it, or chose not to view it...
