Based on what I've seen and what my friends have experienced it seems line number is set. If you epic or unique pot an item with 2 lines it stays 2-lined.

And yeah, if you're wondering it was rare 2lined, so unfortunately even Mazz's spirit couldn't turn it 3 lined.

I passed my unique scroll on my DB mask, got 2 line crap.
Got the 60% bonus potential scroll from the crowns and decided to toss it on as well.


Well, alright.

(Perma untradeable cause it's the original mask, as are the others in my inventory. Don't want to drop them!)

Only passed 4/9 of mine so far. 3 more to use... not sure what I want to use them on yet. None of the reveals are really worth showing either.

Also, I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but it seems like this round of attendance doesn't require the 300 kills. All you have to do is log in, click the icon, and get the stamp. Now you have no reason not to farm the Unique Potential Scrolls on every account you own, and you have no reason to peach and moan about it either.

It looks completely intentional too, because the website says absolutely nothing about killing monsters your level, while the other attendance check listing does.

I would say less than 15. It's probably higher but 15 should be more than enough anyway.

Yes but fear not, ANOTHER attendance event began today giving out 50% unique pot scrolls after 2 weeks. Nexon must know they have run so many off they need these events to prop up numbers before Mother Korea gets too pissed.

I believe IP ban occurs somewhere around 20-22 accounts if you log into them all within an hour. I have 19 accounts and that's all I'm doing.

Of course it will, but that doesn't mean it's not worth doing. Even if they drop to like 100-200m that's still 100-200m that you didn't have before by doing almost nothing at all. I'll take free money any day of the week.
