Roy is so fucking good now. Holy crap! He'll definitely be my choice over Marthcina now.

Ryu is pretty fun to play as well.

Yeahhhh, I main marth, not anymore. Roy is AMAZING. They did a seriously good job buffing him, and keeping in his hilt mechanic without making his tips completely worthless. He's just an all around great character now. Love it.

Already cleared solo classic with them, and indeed all 3 are good but I am horrible with Lucas' recovery lol.

The new maps (stages) are pretty cool and the music is amazing (=

Sidenote, have you guys attended any local Smash tournaments? If so, how well did you guys do, and how much fun did you have?

a closer locals opened up near me but i dont go(cause its on monday's at 6) which does smash4 and melee. Though i mainly smash at my school cause it has a smash group(im one of hte setup heads) which is primarily melee, but i bring in project M and a different guy brings in smash 4(I play all 3). I dont go to the locals due to time, and I already know the guys who go there as the ones who wins are already in my school group(I do it daily so I never really need to go to an actual locals because graduates, people at my college and some high schoolers drop by). The group has people on all different play levels ranging from very light amount of technical knowledge to 2014 international rank 86 player on meleeitonme (Lucien)

I'm too much of a scrub to attend tourneys. I've thought about it before though. The last time I went to a local tourney for anything was years ago at the Pokemon Center/Nintendo World where I won a Metagross and Mew plush for getting in the quarterfinals of some Pokemon game.

Smash, however...
I think I'm pretty good, but I often get the lags
Plus 3ds version which no1 plays.

I need to get my wiiu already so I can use my game cube controller.

I enjoy playing Smash competitively, however, I'm rarely able to attend locals since I never have time available. In the mean time, I'm just a Wi-Fi warrior.

If this isn't a "what the eff" moment in video game history, I don't know what is. Like... Playstation all Stars couldn't get a FF rep but Sakurai manages to get Cloud out of all people. Craziness.

I kind of would rather have Terra instead, but still, this is pretty damn awesome. I couldn't stop smiling while watching the trailer.

At this point, I can hardly see any excuse for not adding Goku in the game besides, "I don't want to" right now.

Blaziken being in this game got killed by pokken, but oh well. Lloyd would be p cool too. I'd spam rising phoenix etc if they have the same vo for it.

As much as I'd like that (and Namco could make it possible for Sakurai), I don't find it too high priority. Cloud, even if not being anywhere close to a Nintendo associated character and only ever appearing on Nintendo consoles via spinoff titles, at least is an iconic video game character. Goku is a manga character primarily and a video game character secondarily. Though I would say that the probability knocked down from "not going to happen" to "maybe, if they really wanted him" for me.

there's actually one major wall. The Funimation wall that likes to almost never license out Goku. If a money maker like Gungho(PAD) can't even get Goku in pad(outside of japan), it's going to be hard for any company to get their hands on goku, even if they could have used the gala for something like promoting the DBZ movies in the west. Square is at least lenient enough that it licenced out FF for PAD, Funimation isn't.
