Some classes can ignore 100% 40% of the time and it procs more often than that if the attack is more than 2 hits.

Gone 5/16 on the Unique Potentials right now. Got two more, but even if I land them, I still only net around a 32% success on them today. Ugh, really wished I bought a pack of Guardians right now.

Nowhere near as bad as one of my buddies though, 5/36. Ouch.
