No... Not really. Not that I can make my defense low enough to seemingly make too much of a difference. Though, it does seem like STR adds to defense. I say that because I have a crap ton of defense with NOTHING on and when I level up, I've noticed that my defense has gone up a lot as I put points into STR.

Doesn't sacrifice already work like that though?
Edit: Watching the video, just by looking at the bar i can tell that it's taking off roughly the same amount of HP per cast, whereas if it was based on what damage she did it would take off way more HP than what it was.

No, Sacrifice currently takes x% of the damage you deal from your HP, so it's plausible that you can be strong enough to kill yourself.

Based on other videos and ShiKage's post, I'd say Nexon nerfed the hell out of mob damage. Ranged classes rejoice.

I think you mean that STR always added defense? It doesn't right now (in GMS), I've added STR on my CB for the past couple of levels and my defense didn't change. It was INT that added Magic defense, and it's nice to see that STR does the same thing for regular defense now. I wonder if 10 STR will now add 1 more HP each level you gain.

Strength makes you take more damage, I believe.

Nexon has a list of what amount of defense they think you should have at any given level. Search for standard PDD tables here on SP.
If your defense is lower than this, you take more damage.
If you're low level with 0 defense and get hit by a snail, the damage will be like... single digit.
But if you're level 200 with 0 defense, since your actual defense is a LOT lower than the PDD value in nexon's table you'll take more damage... roughly double digits.

INT always added more MP, maybe they made STR into an HP addative skill.

Washing has to be one of Maple's biggest sources of income. It's outlived every addition to the Cashshop. There's no way they'd cut it.
Then again, I don't know how big Washing is in kMS. As I understand it, everyone and their mother is a mage. No Washing required.
