Dunas drops the energizers on that map. It's level 172, I just go with my friend and kill the other mobs ( Lvl 135/143) to help make it spawn faster. Alternatively, the next map has Imperial Guard Type S, which are level 160 & drop them as well.

Fixed a few of your mistakes.
By the way, Imperial Guards drop them too, at a low rate.

Not necessary, technically. A few smacks with blast kills them even if you miss. I just cycled channels when I farmed there, but I am too lazy to go back now that I used them all up.

Technically, I would bet it's just as rare as any other lvl 20 book. Don't know about the price thought, cause there's other factors like demand.

Meh. A guildie is gonna be a Shadower so I'll probably sell to him.

Soo..what's the deal with this ring?

It summons the Archangel, which gives you a +5 w.atk buff that stacks with other attack buffs. Which makes it better than Lilin's ring, worse than Evolving rings & similar to crit rings, and better than pretty much every other ring.
