Ive been kind of wondering this too. Guess we will just have to wait and see.
E: Just rewatched the vid and Morello kind of gave hints that they will release more items that can be made from HoG, so im guessing they are going to just remove the cloth armour part, making it cheaper.
Also as a side story, i just played this game with this amumu who went mid. At one point he died so we went into mid to kill the bots that killed him. He was all like 'why are you entering my lane it is bad for the team' and then called us all Selfish o.o
At another point my friend pinged blue buff for me (AP Teemo  !!!) so i went to get it. The amumu comes who 'was forced to jungle because you all took my lane' and tries to take blue. I take it and me and my friend got called 'burgueise' which i just googled and found out is spanish for 'middle class citizen' LOL
Oh and then he dived 4 bots, called us selfish again, and left the game :f6:
There have been quite a few people ive met through match ups in Co Op mode, that i can safely say im glad i dont play Normal games with.

Co Op mode matches up players based on level only, and not elo. You might get matched up with godly people, and you might get matched up with total feeders.
On a small note, I was solo mid as Ashe vs. Karma. What? Her tactics basically amounted to shield harass, some autos, and healing. But I just did too much damage for her, and she actually bothered to stick around to receive an R+Flash+W+pewpew combo.
She ragequitted afterwards, and apparently no one on the team even agreed to the plan in the first place.

Man 2 junglers in a fight is no fun at all. At first i minded my own bussiness following my route but on the second lap i somehow found the enemy jungler in ours and manage to preemptive strike him with him leaving licking his wounds since i didn't want to follow cuz that would be ugly (Noc vs Noc mirror match ftl).
I once tried to drag but instead got owned cuz i think they have warded the place and didn't anticipate. And in team fights i somehow managed to get killed first every time, but at least inflicting a good amount of damage for my team to finish the job + they used most of their CC on me XD.
Btw that match leveled me up to lvl 30 but i don't think i wanna try my hand at ranked plays cuz it seems so srs bsns to me >.>.

Shame their team surrendered. They were beating us in kills towards the end.
I'm level 21 now :3. Got no runes. Saving towards Irelia before I buy runes. I shouldn't have brought Akali and Katarina :3.

So that game last night was still going on, but we lost rather terribly to their strong combination. They had Muno, Jarvan, Shen, Singed, and Garen, with all teleport and fortify. Even after I dced, my team stayed ahead in kills, but we couldn't take out their turrets even if we killed them, and by late game, we couldn't kill them fast enough. Just too damn tanky. Probably should have been someone other than Corki too, I got focused every team fight immediately. XP Didn't help that I was underfarmed and under leveled for quite a while, with the first being true even late game, but still we did pretty well all things considered.
I played two more games today, the first one was just terrible. I went Morgana, then we had Eve, Olaf jungling, Mundo and Tyrdamere. Mundo and Tyrn were okay, they were getting some kills, dying some, but overall actually staying pretty on par, but the other two were just ugh. Eve died a ton and was underleveled and Olaf died a ton and was underleveled . . . to jungle creeps too btw, not just other champs. He didn't even have a Madreds, he went straight boots into berserker greaves. I was like wtp, are you completely new to jungling? He . . . well lets just say that the two times I died in that game were at least partially thanks to them. First time I'm against Malz and Eve comes help fight him. Olaf is nearby, and I figure he's gonna come help us kill Malz . . . but he doesn't. No reason for it, he just wanted to sit in the bush and wait for Malz to come near him rather than do a fairly sure 3 v 1 win when Malz was near our turret. Whatever, I just chalk it up to him not paying attention or something. Second death, I'm defending top tower against Ashe and Morgana, and doing okay. Eve and Olaf are nearby in the jungle when Malz and Rammus show up as well. Now the tower was down a bit, but if they'd joined me in taking care of the minions, we could have easily defended against them. Instead, they let the tower and me die . . . because they didn't want to feed the other team. Now I can understand that to an extent, but with them there, we would have had a decent shot at defending, and keeping up an important tower since our bot tower was already gone. Even if it had just had a sliver of health left and two of us died, so long as we took out the enemy team, that's have been fine as the remainder of our team could have pushed since their team was down people, and the others would be top. Heck if they'd waited for them to engage, then come and helped, even that would have worked out better since we likely could have taken out two of them, maybe three if we're lucky.
Next game I played, I was Singed, and other than one or two noob deaths that I could have avoided had I been playing less agressively, I did quite well. One was a death to Corki that was absolutely unnecessary, albeit Teemo did kill him after he spent all his skills on me, so there was that. Another was a death in the jungle since I mistakenly thought my team was going to come to the river and clean up the remaining two enemies after a team fight had broken out. Unfortunately they were coming, and so I died rather quickly to the combined ww and Alistar combo, but other than those two, I did quite well. After all, I only died 5 times in all, and two of those were from team fights, one of which involved them chasing after me for so long that I killed the enemy Teemo before Sona got me, and the other was me getting focused while I ran around in the middle of their team poisoning before getting focused down. Both times my team cleaned them up easily with 2-3 people still alive. The last death was me baiting them top while Teemo took out bottom inhib tower. Ryze went with me unfortunately so we both died, but considering we drew all 5 to us, it was well worth it since Mid tower went down shortly after our deaths, and they surrendered after that.

I love games that aren't roflstomps and stay kinda tense through midgame, but then it becomes clear my team is superior after a few team fights. My teammates were focusing the right people, keeping minion balls off our turrets for the most part (a lot of that was me and my teleport) and not leaving me to rot when I powerballed in to engage. And our Xin was inducing rage in the enemy Akali. In the post-game I said "back pats all around" and I love that fuzzy feeling of when your team clicks and gets it done.
Sona's awesome too. Gotta love Sona.
Next time I get into a game with Rammus and the entire enemy team is AD, I'm building Warmog's and Atma's right after shoes and sunfire and I am going to town on everything that moves. I will then get thornmail and pray to god the game takes forever so I can get a phantom dancer for sweet, sweet critical lulz and jacked up move speed. $10 says I could at least win a 3v1.

so i just watched hotshot play rene(he made it sound like he has only played him once or twice before, dunno if that is true or not) and he was laning top vs xin. HOLY CRAP he just owned the entire other team. Shut down xin early(lvl 1-5) and just like 100 to 0'd the udyr that game to gank him. At level 10ish, it took 4 of the other team to gank him, and if hotshot had backed off when it was ONLY 1v3, he would have lived. What a dumb champion.

Sucks on pure AD teams if all of them suddenly get Bloodrazor's or something, so you'd have to "sacrafice" some magic defense too :3.

--Healing reduction has been hit so that it doesn't last fking forever. It's not going to stop people from getting dropped instantly by the other team, but at the same time it will also remove the annoying factor in the longer drawn-out battles.
----In return, Dr. Mundo has a small nerf to his HP fetish, but I suspect that the net effect is he got slightly stronger.
----People might actually try Executioner's Calling for once, the only thing that has survived the blanket healing reduction nerfs.
--True damage is now really true damage. Pure damage reduction factors, such as that from Leviathan, no longer reduce true damage.
--Xin Zhao, Renekton, and Lee Sin, epitomes of physical beefy bruisers, got a nerf to their survivability, but in return Riot is hoping people will take the glass cannon route more often by upping the scaling.
----Except for Xin, sucks to be you, you only get to charge into combat more often.
----Shen's ult also shields less at lower levels.
--Cassiopeia now attacks more efficiently with her spells, and her ult got a big range increase. I think this pushes her slightly over the "balance" line, but I could be wrong.
--Galio got some small buffs. Probably notable is his poking power with Resolute Smite.
--Nocturne got nerfs to his bonus AD with the Duskbringer trails, and his ult jump range has been reduced significantly, making it feel much less like a global range skill. In accordance to my experience, Dante can now feed less =D
--Sona's spells now cost much less, making her laning phase a lot less painful. She'll still go OOM if she's trying to maintain her auras though.
--Soraka's Infuse on allies now grant assists. Feels more like a fairness/common sense issue than it is a balance change, but good to know nevertheless.
--Teemo has nerfs to his Suicide Jungle Pact, and his backdooring ability has been nerfed in general. Thank jebus -_-;
--Wriggle's Lantern now no longer gives lifesteal benefits on procs. In return, lifesteal has been bumped up.
--Heart of Gold, the gold/10 item that gives survivability vs. bursts (think ganks and team fights), now no longer provides so much survivability by having its Armor removed. I didn't notice this apparently OP effect, but my brother thought it was great to stack it, plays tanky characters often, and he's not a run-of-the-mill player either.
--BF Sword now costs less, but also provides less AD. The result is that it is now slightly more cost-efficient for stats (36.67 gold/AD down from 37). Not sure if the AD is affected by the upper tier items based off of BF Sword. Personally, I think it's not a bad idea, as I didn't exactly feel like the most boss farmer as a traditional pewpew carry, and 1850 gold was a bit much to save up on for one trip when rushing...
--Infinity Edge has regained some of its former glory as the powerhouse item for physical characters for hitting really fking hard.
--Spellvamp has been boosted by 5% on all items that provide it. I still think it's fairly weak, as it didn't do a super fed Anivia much good.
One more thing... ROFL @ TF instant TP with cleansing xD

Hey!  Not cool.
Forgot to mention Sion Stun was reduced by 0.5-1sec at all levels... And nothing much exactly. Still expecting the whole Anti-Tanky DPS counters they had in mind but meh guess it still being tested.

I don't mind the Xin changes, most battles are over before or right when Battle Cry ends lol
What kinda makes me sad is the Cloth armor doesn't build into HoG anymore, so it's gonna cost even more gold to make Wriggles lol
EDIT: So the reason X to the Z was nerfed was due to building pure AS/CDR made TTS happen 2-3+ times per Battle Cry, in where you could chain TTS an enemy and they couldn't do pomegranate to you in a 1v1 situation. Now it all makes sense!

Just had three fail games. First game, all AD lock in . . . so I Veigar and do okay, but wasn't able to carry them due to the fact that they had a Galio and Rammus on the opposing team. Just instafail there. >_< I went 6/8/6 so not too terrible, especially compared to everyone else, but it wasn't anywhere near enough of an advantage to burst more than one person in each team fight, and bursting Galio was not going to work thanks to all the feeding he'd had earlier which meant super high mr.
Second game, everyone picks AP, except for Corki, who I think went AD instead since we were oversaturated with AP champs. I pick Nasus, not the best tank, but I figured we needed the physical damage he can dish out late game. Of course it didn't work out that way. Heimer and Swain both wanted mid . . . and our Fiddle at bottom died so I had to go down there to keep that tower up. And then, Fiddle kept dying. I was doing fine there, until mid seemingly had everyone die/vanish, so I went to defend mid, as that was more important than bot tower. I held off 3 champs alone for quite a while and multiple pushes, but around this time, our Swain decides not to play with the team any more and just jungle the rest of the match. Needless to say, it was a lot of fail. I admit to being partially responsible for him doing that. As I was calling him out after he repeatedly refused to cooperate with the team, but still, it's a team game, you can't pineapple around farming when we need you for a team fight, or pineapple around in mid when someone else should be there. I end up at 1/4/3, so not too bad, but it's hard to do much when you're 4 v 5ing against fed champs and your Fiddle never ults in because he wanders around dying. >_<
So I go, okay, I'll give solo queue one more try, I've already had two fail games, so maybe third time is the charm. Well it seemed to be gonig pretty well. I was laning against Shen and Cass top, solo since our WW decided to jungle . . . even though he didn't have smite, but I was handling it pretty well. He even ganked them once . . . and then proceeded to jungle on their side. Now I don't mind him stealing buffs or doing some jungling while waiting for a gank attempt, or something like that, but twice we lost towers because he was over there instead of defending a tower. First was top, which if he had gone there, he would have at least bought enough time for me to tele back to it. And then mid, where if he had run, he could have held them off while I was running there. Then, every time we had a team fight, he'd Ult in, and wonder why we were so pissed at him as he was focused down immediately. It was just . . . ugh. Our Vlad was decent, our Nidalee was kinda meh, and our Kass was actually pretty good. But their team just kept on getting fed/winning team fights. We did ace them once, but that was mostly because they engaged in the wrong place and the wrong person. I was tanking as Mundo btw. I ended at 3/3/8, which is about as good as I could expect given the situation.
TLDR version: pineapple solo queue and first win of the day bonus, I'll get it tomorrow instead of today.
