Turns out democracy has its flaws when a large portion of voters are poorly educated and make irrational decisions based more on emotions than fact or logic.

The bigger problem by far is that that flaw is not necessarily innate, it is cultivated. Stupid people are, obviously, much easier to control. Some people claim that dems give all that "free" pomegranate away as a method of buying off votes but I think it goes down to an even more fundamental level; people that don't have to work for anything are more likely to be lazy, people that are lazy are more likely to allow their mental (and physical but not relevant to this) capacities to slip, and people that allow their mental capacities to slip...well, that loops into "making irrational decisions based more on emotions than fact or logic", as you said.

People can go on about elaborate schemes and conspiracies all day long, but occam's razor generally holds true; the best made plans are simple. There's no need to try and buy off votes and risk potential scandal when you can just make everyone stupid and appeal to them with flat lies that they no longer have the mental capacity to be suspicious of, or if they are suspicious of it, they don't truly understand why so they ignore it.

To be fair, there are LOTS of polls, and the majority of them are wrong much more often than they are right. I think it isn't going to work out like that, the dems are already fast tracking illegals into getting their full citizenship so that by the general election millions more will (theoretically at least, and I feel that their theory is going to be correct) vote against Trump. It's a scumbag move but then, what do you expect from them?

Trumps only threat is to build a wall and make mexico pay for it since they have no methods of regulation. It's irrational to blame one persons opinion and people reacting violently because of it. Like unless Trump specifically states "KILL ALL MEXICANS", which he will never because he's not against mexicans, he's against illegal immigration, then yeah it's a problem.

What American indifference? You think because one Mexican woman got beat by two white guys the entire country should be thrown into an uproar of revolution and demand for retribution or something? People are robbed, beaten, kidnapped, raped, murdered daily, from literally all walks of life, and you think that because it was a Mexican this one particular time it should warrant special attention? Yes, it's horrible it happened, but that is what the law is there for. These people will be arrested, prosecuted, and hopefully charged for their actions, assuming they actually did what they are being accused of. The judicial system has its flaws, absolutely, but it's the best we've got. We do not need a pineappleing riot every time a crime is x race on x race.


I am also not voting for Trump, so do not try and say I'm some sort of blind supporter.
