The 255 cap was in place till legend, but enhances bypass it.

When a hacker used a clean slate on his 608 ST, it reverted back to 255 attack.

Static items are not effected but changing items are.
If someone managed to get a no-boom hack again, they could EE it as many times as they want but it would stay at 255 tops.
Or at least that's Nexon's goal.

2. As you can see from someone enhancing the 596 to a 608 last may, the cap DID NOT affect enhances.
How many times do I have to repeat it.

That's weird, all my legend quests were reset so I could receive the rewards again, including the legends ring one (although it won't actually give me a 2nd one).

I'm honestly kinda shocked at how stupid they are... which is rare, because it used to just kinda be a known fact. But this time they are setting the bar again on how incredibly stupid they are lol. GG for hackers and dupers though.

New standard, game's doomed, etc. Fortunately as a certified scrub this has little effect on my gameplay but it is quite depressing to see such rampant incompetence in a company I have given so much of my cash to.
