The few rings that I tried scrolling didn't turn out so well, but I snagged this in the FM and thought it was worth sharing.

Finally done with this bad boy. My Kaiser will enjoy this. Now I can focus on other things. Like a tempest ring. Back to coin farming I go!

You really should do this on a Blackfist or Empress cape... Those Balloons have the worst potential ever.

I don't care about potential. This is gonna be good without cubes. I honestly like being strong at low levels because it makes getting to the point where I can wear the good stuff easier.

I don't know. Spending is of course subjective but given that most classes these days can destroy things at lower levels without anything past the basic equips I'm going to say I do feel that the amount of NX you'd be using along with those scrolls are better used on another item so that you can enjoy the class at a higher level.

A Blackfist could be cubed for your main stat on your main and could be transferred over to any other character you wanted to use it on.
Getting to 100 isn't even remotely hard these days.

Yes but attack AND magic attack. If anything I'll stick a 2%all stats neb or a 3% all stats neb on it.

Problem is that the scenario you're thinking of tends to occur only when people watch bossing videos. And let's not forget that however godly your equips are at a low level there's still something called AP that would like to talk to you.

Just seems like a huge waste of NX to me.

Empress and BFC is also a huge waste of NX, because of Nova and Tyrant.
