I could be remembering wrong, but I'm pretty positive there are no full AP resets in the Justice Shop.

for what, 20 more all stats and some HP i don't need? not my cup of tea really especially since it makes me unable to grab CHTP's, which might give me some money later when chtp entrance gets fixed.

No ap resets from the shop it doesnt look like. Definitely one from a hot time then because I know I reset my TBs dex to 4 during those events.

it's a permanent upgrade, i can leave and as long as maplestory hasn't closed by then, it's still going to be there.

i promised myself i wouldn't get anything that isn't permanent, i intend to keep the promise.
