We have 6 people left. A few people don't vote. I'll end voting if we have 4/6 and there is not something major going on.
For some reason my excel sheet keeps resetting to day 3, I have no idea why. Haven't really lost anything since I have the PMS, but its annoying.
Either way, it will end in the next 2 [game] days.

Yes, I am aware that Hypermug's ability may seem slightly OP.

It's really surprising that we lasted so long.
I'm such a pessimist.

I don't think you're a pessimist. Town is doing terrible.

Yup. And I genuinely want to feel bad for the knee-jerk reaction of helping getting rid of TheBirds, but I don't know many people who wouldn't react that way after what happened.

Yeaaaaah, combination watcher and tracker?
A lot of these roles are pretty op, but balance in a mafia game is rather difficult to nail on your first attempt. Doing a theme game where everyone has powers doesn't make it any easier either lol.

Shidoshi's power didn't really line up with being a neutral survivor either. Words was supposed to be a regular cop judging by his PM but he got extra info for some reason. CJ was also a pretty standard doctor. The CJ + Meta combo would have been insane though, three nights of two protects and then one night of a single protect. Combined with Polantaris...

*cough Me Too cough*
I might have combined well, maybe, but by itself my power was subpar.

My power helped making the game more chaotic but didn't really help me win. I personally don't like neutral roles that can't fend for themselves as they just end up being townies with a slightly smaller drive to lynch mafia, so they are less of a target, or straight up go inactive.

Ehh, that's like a more powerful jailer though, in that instead of actions being negated, everyone just whacks themselves. I can see it being quite strong (target the person who's going to die, mafia kills themselves, or hell just target mafia and the commit suicide basically). A very powerful offensive and defensive move.

I wasn't so much talking individual powers, but just in the context of the game. Peoples' powers could've just been insane.
But I did forget Shidoshi yeah.

Mine was ridiculously powerful as well. It functioned partially as a role-cop (I could figure out what powers someone had through a bit of experimentation) and roleblocker. If I hit a roleblocker with it (which I did) I could effectively block two people at once. Partially balanced by me being placed at risk when using it, but that kindof ability with a bit of creativity can do some scary nasty things.
Aside from individual powers, the biggest problem I see is that investigative roles/result PMs/etc give a lot of information. It's hard to get the balance of information right, but in general less is more and it's usually better to avoid giving hard, specific details because it takes the game out of the players' hands. If you've ever played L.A. Noire, for example, you know what I mean - between the clues themselves, the main character's internal monologue, and the writing style overall, it's very, VERY difficult to get it wrong. The game ends up feeling more like an interactive movie or book than an investigative game that makes you feel good about figuring out whodunnit.

Agreed, even vanilla cops giving only alignment information are seen as some of the strongest roles in the game. Going past that, info roles get pretty broken.

The more information was to also help since many of the roles were unknown, but I will keep that in mind for the future.
Not that it seemed to help the town too much at this point.

What Mas said is basically why I hate cops in general. People become too reliant on them, and they're often extremely unreliable.
