Because it only has that one definition. While there may not be hyper-carries as the definition calls them, compared to other carries and champions we do have at least pseudo-hyper-carries. And as Unleashing pointed out, you clearly used the term wrong anyways?

He didn't get FoN until last. I got Madred's way before that. What would you suppose is a good 6th item instead? Mas and I said IE, rageblade, GA, or atmas and I was going to test them all out but it's nice to get another opinion.

at 29k gold id probably toss the malady, wits, and madreds in favor of ie, pd, and [atmas, lw or 2nd bt] and always have triple elixirs!

Probably a Last Whisper since they're team (4/5 of them) is tanky enough to merit it, the other option being possibly a Void Staff if you wanted stronger Poison and stronger Shrooms. GA is a good idea. Rageblade is a maybe. Atma's is also a good idea (it becomes cost efficient at like 1800 HP or something?). You could replace it with a Phantom Dancer, as that'd increase your damage output. You really don't need anymore attack speed (Wit's End and Malady are enough on Teemo), so you could even buy something else. I've also heard Ionic Spark is good on Teemo. You could replace Malady with Ionic Spark and then get like an Atma's or Rageblade.

The only reason I never recommend Madred's is because the class it counters (tanky DPS, tanks), can counter it easily; same with Thornmail. Once a tanky has some MR (life steal in the case of a carry), the damage done is slowly insignificant, especially on an AP heavy team.

Literally for the entire match she was constantly on the move ganking people at their most vulnerable, they were annoyingly good at it and an absolute jerk/rager too.

I love AP poppy anyway, so much fun blowing people up.
