Not completely sure, but I think I read somewhere in the forums that the drop rates WERE being increased for dungeons. Forgot which difficulty though. Abyss I think?
So glad I still have almost all my Cerb runs left

I got gifts of all kinds from a single run of Desolate Isle Master difficulty. I think I got like 6-7 total gifts in that run.

Also, the chests at the end of a dungeon now hand out Average lustre on Master difficulty. I can actually think about upgrading my gear now!

They disabled skills in town. No dash for warriors. However, walking speed has been increased a bit, it seems. I'm more used to using the fast travel NPCs anyways.

Oh no, the chests you're talking about are at the end of nest runs, including Mino Nest.

Speaking of nest chests, they drop a ton of powder, crafting material, epic plates and gear/accessories. And I really mean a ton. You're likely going to spend like a minute or two distributing everything among the party members. However, because of that, the four random chests during nest runs had their rewards replaced with comet dust (silver) and even more stat plates and epic accessories (gold), and I think only 1 chest will be a gold chest.

Seriously, the price of epic stat plates will plummet like a rock after this. I'd say they're now easier to get than the Quality plates. I saw so many Fierce plates in particular.

Anyways, I was talking about the four random chests that were already at the end of regular dungeons. It seems they had their rewards replaced, to the point where every silver chest in the Saint's Haven dungeon now hands out Average Onyx, and every gold chest hands out Average class lustre. Now, this is Master runs. I forgot what I got during my Abyss tear runs. Probably the same thing applies to Abyss runs, except I noted that this time around, everyone had at least 1 gold chest among the four chests. And I missed an epic Average Balanced Crystal Spark from that gold chest. T_T

Also, you no longer need Dimensional Box Keys to get reset sparks from the bunnies. I heard you no longer need them for epic plates from gold bunnies as well. You only need them for dimensional fragments now, although I noted that I only got 10 fragments when I did use a key.

Am so looking forward to replacing my level 24 normal and quality plates with some superb stuff.

One day later, mino nest epic accessories are now worth like 100 gold. Even the high stat accessories. Wouldn't be surprised if those Dark Attack necklaces and earrings dropped in value too. FFFFFFFFFF-

Anyways, try redownloading? Some others on the official forums seem to be having this issue too. I see two possible explanations: Voice mods and anti-virus. Although I find it disturbing that I haven't run into any posts in which someone actually got out of the problem...

It also seems like there might be a possible hacking epidemic going on in DN as well.

Turned off my antivirus and was able to play fine. Tried enhancing...used 40 average onyxes to upgrade my staff from +9 to +8. Never, ever again.

Welcome to the reason why I don't enhance higher level armor/weapons past +8/+9 at all unless I have a crapton of materials to use and I'm feeling lucky. To this day, I have only sucessfully enhanced five items to +10 and one item to +11, and that was some level 10 normal rank longbow. >_>

I'm now trying to get at least a +8 Black Lion Armor for my Priest, because good goddess everything else is ugly. I broke three Black Lion Armor trying to enhance to +8 from +7 these past two days. (Even though I should be trying to upgrade my +12 level 23 magic wand to a level 32 rare wand instead, because weapon special effects can now activate with skills instead of just regular attacks, and it makes a huge difference.)

I have a +6 32 rare floating around in my storage, trying to find Pasus Extract (lvl 24) to craft it to a magic damage version. Not sure if its better than my +8 staff 32 magic staff though.

I was going to buy a ring for my merc like 45 mins before the servers went down for the patch. Now i'm sooooo glad I didn't lol

Edit - got it working but I did have to redownload -_-". Why exactly are mino crests so expensive and accessories so cheap?

Seals apparently inflated like 2000% yesterday. I don't even know what happened. Seals also aren't 100% dropped from the bunnies anymore -________-.

Protip: Go to rockthorn gorge, run to the left side to the cave in the first monster area. If there isn't an epic chest, return to town. If there's a chest, you get what rusty got. Rinse and repeat for jewels@ \o/.
