Game pads are only worth it if you have a function that lets you switch between two different layouts seamlessly, because i have way too many goddamn things to put on keys.

I looked a couple days ago and I saw a "Joypad" feature on the System menu in-game. Looked like it had been updated since I had seen it last, so as to make it usable.
I don't have a joypad, so can someone else test it?

I don't have a joypad, so can someone else test it? yeah been using it since forever. Your're basically limited to 10 buttons to or at least that's how i feel about it. Might be perfect for Cannoneer and Corsairs (haven't tried with a Sair yet) but if you're a Bucc it can be awful.

Post-revamp you only use ~7 keys if you macro all your buffs.

I haven't played a Pirate recently, but if you use XPadder with a game pad I'm pretty sure you can hotkey a button to switch between two layouts. I have this: and it works really well. The in-game joypad settings aren't customisable (?) enough in my opinion. I have the right analogue stick as ^play/pause media, v skip track, < vol down, > vol up.
This controller has 15 buttons (19 if you include diagonals) without taking into account the analogue sticks. Should be more than enough for any class I'd think.

Recently I've maxed out my main skills, Ship, Cannon, Torpedo, and Revenge. It's been a while since I've actually worked on my build and I don't see myself getting MW30 anytime soon, so I was wondering if it would be best to save my sp until the pirate revamp, or would it be useful to start working on Rapid Fire since it's one of the few skills that we keep. Thank you.

You get a SP reset for the revamp.

Hey guys! I need an advice from you pro buccs, I just got my bucc to 180 and I was wondering if I should get the lvl 140 gear ( all of it ) my toughts are:
- is it really worth it to get all the 140 set, including weapon?
- what's the best way to get the extra dex with 23 base?
- I'm a funded bucc, it will take me some time to get all the equips but eventually I will get them
thanks! if you need to know something else just let me know!

I can't rely on MMG everytime, I'm more of a loner bucc girl, I only party for boss raids and training, and sometimes for pqs

I meant use it when you have 2 items to make them support themselves.

He means use it when you have 2 items you cannot equip such that having one would allow you to wear the other.
MMM lets you wear both and when the buff runs out, guess what? You still have them both equipped.

Hi everyone this is a question about Buccaneers post-Justice. So I heard that Buccaneers will automatically get to choose a skill book that will allow them to max one of their skills with no chance of failing, is this true? I also saw that the Justice coin shop also lets you buy a book that will max one skill belonging to your job with no chance of failing, does this mean Buccaneers can max two of their skills without failing? Also on the side, if anyone knows which skills are replaced with which new skill post-Justice, I would appriciate it if you can let me know
Thank you,
GuitarOwl
