So whats your idea for Megaman's final smash? I personally hope it IS NOT rush adapter, just floating around shooting knuckles seems too pineappleing bland to me. If they do use it I hope they at least make it do more like IDK, picking other chracters and drop them whenever yuo want or something.
If I could dream of anything I'd say he will turn into X and all his moves change from classic to X series powerups. IF I have to be more realistic, i'd say it can be Astro crush from Megaman 8. Fits very good but would look too much like Ness'. As for Villager, IDk a truck full of fruit runs over the other players?

It'll probably be the rush adaptor. Turning into X would be weird and silly, given that X and megaman aren't the same person, and if nothing else, sakurai normally sticks rigidly to the canon of each series.

Off topic a tad, but did anyone notice in the developer direct that when you use MMs leaf shield, it cancels your momentum a la bucket break? One more reason MM is OP...

Well, I'd much perfer it was Heat Man's power up over rush adapter. It its the only power up in classic megaman that can be charged for a stronger attack. Make him charge a big ball of fire and drop it on the center of the stage for a big explosion. Thats one unique smash as of right now. And the more I think about it, the more the truck full of fruit and flowers for Villager sounds like a good idea. Imagine you driving back and forth running over other players with that little smile. It sure fits perfectly the psycho concept everyone has of it.

Glad they brought him back. I was afraid in the twilight of brawls release they would scrap him in the next game because he was considered trash but now that he's near god tier i wonder how he will be changed. These pictures don't show much...

Samus' frame 3-4 f-smash with more range and fire property is a massive change as well. The other characters we know of didn't necessarily need huge move-set changes, just different characteristics of the attacks (lag, hitstun, etc) to match the environment which is something they didn't really do well in brawl. |
