don't even know what FATEs are but considering it's final fantasy, it's probably something you have to fight going by name alone.

SO, what's the worst instance you've done so far and why is it Sunken Temple?

Really debating on getting this. If I do, does Southperry have their own guild or are all of you scattered?

Scattered, till at least later this month when world transfers become possible. Then we'll see what the terms of those are and who moves where.

I just did Sunken Temple tonight, and JESUS that dungeon needs to burn in hell. Not really, but we just couldn't get it together for the last boss fight. I could barely do enough damage to kill the laser things when they come up in the box. I had to spam Fester to be able to kill them in time. If I didn't have two stacks of Aetherflow, I was boned. SMN really needs some up-front damage, I swear.

The mechanics of the first boss were fine, but the second boss was just... ugh. I thought the actual dungeon was pretty, though. However, I got a BUNCH of trash from loot chests. I have never seen a white item come out of a chest, but we had more whites than even pinks during that run. I don't like Sunken Temple. Nope nope nope.

Really debating on getting this. If I do, does Southperry have their own guild or are all of you scattered?

I think we are pretty scattered. You may want to check the original post for what servers Southperrians play in.

Oh, in regards to the first post, I don't use Mephisto Pheles anymore. I'm now Lucifer Morningstar. hue.
I gave up on Sunken Temple, that dungeon can rot in hell along with its pomegranate loot.

Likewise, I remade as a human Scholar on Leviathan named Tybalt Rygar.

Alas Lalafel really aren't meant to be Hobbits. Even Kender are closer to Hobbits than Lalafel. If anything they're more like gnomes or brownies.

Yeah, I got all whites and tin coins in my Sunken run as well. NEVER AGAIN, the exp isn't even that good compared to other dungeons; Cutter's Cry is a good source of exp AND loot.

EDIT: I read somewhere that boss FATEs that give a minion (Cancer?) have a respawn timer of one hour, whereas boss FATEs that don't give a minion (Svara) have a respawn timer of 30 minutes. I hope this helps people keep track of FATE grinding, since these give CRAZY good exp.

Svara seems to range from 20-40 minutes based on how much I farmed it.

Eh, that doesn't necessarily hold true for everything; one boss that has a 30 minute time limit in Highlands, an ogre that spawns under the city near Stone Vigil, almost never spawns, and I don't think he has a gold item bonus either because I solo'd him his first 25% HP before the horde came.

By the way, Siren beat Behemoth last night, I think someone said they were uploading a video, probably the insanely overgeared dude that tanked him the entire fight.

I was part of the group that beat Behemoth like three days ago and was also part of the group that bested Odin last night, holy crap was Odin tough. On Goblin btw.

I love these wandering Primals but I wish they wouldn't spawn at the same place (excluding Odin who I think spawns at random places and is a hidden FATE).
