I'm assuming they're using item generator to get cygnus summon bags (I thought the source was gone, it wasn't so it might not be patched. And someone said those bags exist). If i recall, summon bags can only be used in towns.

considering the videos where people go around killing people in LHC with summoning sacks... i'd say no.

There was indeed one spawned in Galicia late last night. I stuck around until the v2 Instructors were killed off and then left shortly after because it was late and no one was really around besides some noobs/people that had no idea what they were doing and it was too much of a headache to try and get them to cooperate.
It was killed a little over 2 hours ago though. I wasn't there when it was killed unfortunately.

They also randomly spawned one of those giant ass anniversary cakes part way through the v2 Instructors, lol. It didn't drop anything though.

My friend recently used a pig/octopus one on me while I was afk at one of the temple of time resting spots.

Dunno if it works differently for boss summons, though. o_o
