Are the link skills permanent?

By that I mean, will I be able to get the link skills by leveling a mercedes, etc. in a few months from now?

Yes, but if it's anything like kms you won't be able to CREATE a merc/ds/cs anymore after a few months.

It's already been announced that they're removing the option to create them in March.
