In regards to hacked items, There really isnt a fix for that. Because the doubt of plausibility is there that it COULD be legit, they cannot simply remove them. I'm not saying that there's obvious things, like 38 att VSS are obviously hacked and should be deleted, but like a perfected empress weap could be duped but theres still the chance that its legit.
