There is one detail. When Obito gave Kakashi his sharingan, this was at the level of 2 points? I mean at the level of Sasuke's sharingan during the battle on the bridge. To use Kamui you need mangekyo so he couldn't have used Kamui to save himself.

Thats the problem, we still don't know how someone obtains the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Obviously Itachi was lying when he said you had to kill your best friend, or that isn't the only way to get it. Sasuke toook itachis, so he didn't earn his. Kakashi certainly didn't kill his best friend (uhh... Guy? I guess), so he didn't earn his that way.

It's not entirely impossible that Obito fufilled his Mangekyo requirements through some insane luck right then. It's already stupid enough that he survived and went mad, I've already given up any logical explanation.
