Since i'm basically useless in c3... my whole time in c3 so far has been trying to beef up the hit counts for grand shatter (while trying to double endow for cooldown, which have all failed btw ahh!).
Mainly to break Ozma's barrier frequently!
But then I decided to take a gamble and made this! (with almost no money!! ahhh)

It really does proc off every hit because my Grand Shatter procs it frequently! every time i used grand shatter on the boss, I'd always proc it and would get a free 30% damage boost for 4 seconds!
Hopefully c3 will become much more smooth weeee
